Dear Jayme and Butler Heating & Air Conditioning:

Just a note of thanks, and to summarize what you did for us. Please feel free to share this letter with any prospective clients you may have, in support of your great company and staff.

As you recall, we had another competitor of yours on our remodel project first. They agreed to do all that we wanted, despite our project not being the most typical. One on our project, and after that they needed a 50% increase in their fee to deliver less than what they agreed to.

After we put this company “on-hold” we contacted two or three other companies, requesting their comparative assistance in our project. Clearly, your staff not only proved that you were the fairest company I dealt with, but also the most professional.

Your approach to our project resulted in a more thorough and efficient install than what we could have expected otherwise. Your staff continued to “bend” with us, despite some of the challenges we put before you. Your willingness to work with us through this non-typical approach is greatly appreciated.

After the furnace was installed, we found our unit to be factory-defective. As a result, your staff denied the factory’s request to replace parts, and instead insisted on a new unit, because that’s what we paid for. Clearly you have gone the extra mile for us in many ways.

Dear Jayme &/or Butler Heating & Air Conditioning,

In the last several years I retired and closed my Architectural practice here in Boise, and proceeded to design our retirement dream-home. About six months after completion of construction, we moved into our home, only to discover that the heating/air conditioning system installed was totally undersized by about one half.  With the air conditioning running 24-hours a day, temperatures would still climb to 86 degrees.  Unfortunately, the subcontractor responsible for design and installation had just declared bankruptcy, leaving us to resolve the issue by ourselves outside of the general contractor’s 12-month warrantee. 
 
We contacted Butler Heating and Air Conditioning for help. They promptly did a thorough investigation of our system, gave us an immediate written proposal which we approved. Replacement equipment selected was in-stock. Within two days  they had a very competent crew on the job.  They completed the retro-fit installation in one day.  We found their crew to be very competent, pleasant, efficient, and left the project site very clean. The system now works perfectly, without any flaws.  From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience for us, and we would highly recommend Butler Heating and Air Conditioning to our friends.
